As per docs, the SRM is deprecated functionality and hence entry points are removed for some options for SRM. https://docs.bmc.com/docs/digitalworkplaceadvanced/213/deprecated-and-discontinued-features-1057882395.html In case, there is need to these entry points follow below steps to enable it again. 1. Open SRS:ServiceRequestConsole on DEV Studio, in definitions tab on "Entry Points" section, checked "Enable Entry Point" and set to 650 value on "Application List Display Order", save changes and then flush cache. Save the form. 2. Perform mid-tier sync cache. Now Request Entry console is visible This applies also to enable all the SRM links for below forms SRS:BusinessManagerConsole -Search-375 SRS:ImportExportConsole - New-1000 SRS:ServiceCatalogManagerConsole - New- 300 SRS:ServiceRequestCoordinatorConsole- New -350 SRS:ServiceRequestConsole- New- 650 SRS:ServiceRequestDesigner- Search- 325 Use case: On Import function, Add button and File path to import is not visible - Adjust the browser zoom to 90% or below so buttons will be displayed.
