BMC Helix Smart IT/PWA: Active link on Window Open, Loaded or Display Not Working on PWA
Active link which has execution option on window open, window loaded or display does not work on PWA.

Applies to the smart IT version till 22.1.x.
If we create an active link which fires on window open, window loaded or display does not work on PWA.
It does not appear in the active link logs as well.
To improve performance for window open, window loaded and display execution option only ,you have to put your custom active link in another OOTB active link guide. (given in the solution)
It is by design behavior for PWA.

In PWA, on window open an active link 'HPD:INC:SV_WinOpen_ViewOREdit_CallGuide'(active link) is executed which calls few active link guides and under those guides all the required active links needed for PWA are executed and then it goes to 1000. Include the custom active links under  - 'HPD:INC:SV_WinOpen_ViewOREdit_Custom'. (OOTB Active link Guide)
