Root Cause: Port 9440 not added under the HTTPS ports of the Discovery Configuration.

NOTE: As part of the prerequisites, port 9440 must be accessible from ADDM/ Discovery appliance/ Outpost (Depending on the discovery component that is scanning the endpoint)

Solution: Add port 9440 under the HTTPS ports and rescan the Prism Element Storage.

On-Prem:

- Go to Administration > Discovery Configuration
- Look for 'HTTPS Ports:' and add a comma separated value as 9440
- Click on Apply
- Rescan the Nutanix Prism Element

Helix/ SaaS:

- Go to Administration > Ports
- Look for 'HTTPS Ports:' and add a comma separated value as 9440
- Click on Apply
- Rescan the Nutanix Prism Element
