-- please decompress arlogger.jar, which can be found in "Attachment" of this ticket, and you will see arlogger-9.1.10-SNAPSHOT.jar

-- please replace log4j-1.2.14.jar with arlogger-9.1.10-SNAPSHOT.jar under the lib folder.
 
Reason: the log4j files are from 18.05 ITSM Installer and needs to be replaced.

Once all the steps are done. Please restart AR Server or AR Java Plugin server. 

Please check armonitor and aerror logs to ensure that all the servers are up and running.

Note : Deploy these changes first on lower environment , test it thoroughly and then proceed for higher environment.
