There are 3 primary parameters which you will need to concern yourself with to send EM alerts to SNMP:

SendSnmp
SnmpHost
SnmpSendActive

And a forth that slightly changes what gets sent:

SendAlertNotesSnmp

All of these parameters are documented in the Control-M Admin Guide. You can find the MIB on the EM installation in [EM_HOME]/data/BMC-CONTROLMEM-MIB.txt.

Note: For SnmpHost, you might need to set up the port like: myhost:1162
