Is RedHat licensed as part of the Discovery Appliance?

The Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating system is licensed as part of the BMC Discovery Appliance, there are not requirements for customer's to license their appliances separately. 

The following terms of use apply to third-party products or technologies that are included with or in a BMC product as described in the BMC License Agreement that is applicable to BMC Discovery. Portions of the software installed are listed in following document:
