BMC Atrium CMDB Suite: Increasing Java heap size for Spoon & Atrium Integrator (Includes Video)
How to increase the java heap size if there are java memory issues when running Atrium Integrator jobs.

Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. Sometimes you will see below error message after running Spoon or AI Job : java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space If you are getting this error while running the job from Atrium Integrator console then you can increase heap size for Carte server process in armonitor.cfg file.
