No Incident show the relationship to a CI
1. Change the CCS property affectedServiceRelation to true.
- Login to midtier from the flyout select Applications->AR System Administration->AR System Administration Console-> System-> General->Centralized Configuration-> com.bmc.arsys.smartit->*
- Identify parameter named "affectedServiceRelation" and set it to true.
2. Log in to Smart IT.
3. Open any Incident.
4. Add affected Asset and affected service.
5. Observe the related items.
NOTE: It is mandatory to set affectedServiceRelation to true as per below document link.
