Oracle: Starting with version 9.0.21.000, Control-M/Enterprise Manager; Control-M/Server; Control-M Workload Archiving support SSL/TLS Encryption with an Oracle Database https://documents.bmc.com/supportu/9.0.21.000/en-US/Documentation/SSL_Configuration.htm
Although the 9.0.21 documentation doesn't specify, it's possible to enable one-way authentication for SSL use in Oracle. More details are available in the 9.0.22 documentation.
Version 9.0.21.100: CTM-4669 was implemented for AWS RDS and AWS Aurora to support encrypted communication with Control-M/Enterprise Manager and Control-M/Server
