What is the right way to update hannah_admin and dwpadmin/Demo password?
 

For hannah_admin 

• Log onto Digital Workplace Catalog AR Server as hannah_admin@domain.com via User Tool/Midtier
  • Open up the User Form
  • Search for hannah_admin user record using the loginID field
  • Update password in the password field and click save
• Update DWP Admin Console > Enhanced Catalog Section and put the new hannah_admin user's password
• Do the same in the following ITSM Backend form
  • SB:RemoteApprovalConfiguration
    • You can test the connection in form using below form
      • SB:TestRemoteAction
• Edit the password for hannah_admin under ITSM's Centralized Configuration > com.bmc.itsm.sbe > *
  • You can test the connection between SmartIT/ITSM to DWPC using below form
    • SBE:ConnectionConfig

For dwpadmin/Demo

• Log onto Digital Workplace Catalog AR Server as dwpadmin/Demo via User Tool/Midtier
• Go to AR System Admin User Form
• Search for above account using the LoginID Field
• Update dwpadmin/Demo password
• Save

NOTE: You can create an alternative account to start up/shutdown DWP Catalog Services instead

Also for versions 21.x , 22.x and above, changing of hannah_admin password in User record or in People record is restricted (even on source code level, AFAIK) except add/remove of permissions is allowed.
