How to disable People Synchronization?

LP: BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite 7.6.03
DR: Remedy ITSM Foundation 7.6.03

We need to disable the synchronization between CTM_People and BMC.CORE:BMC_Person.
 

The need isn't to stop de reconciliation of Person, we need that the records aren't ceated in the sandbox.

When we import a record into 'CTM:People' through Data Import from command line, with 'Internet E-Mail' field empty, this error occurs: "Error importing record 5: ERROR (326): A un campo obligatorio no puede asignarse el valor NULL.; BMC.CORE:BMC_Person : Email".

The problem is that the field 'Email' in 'BMC.CORE:BMC_Person' is Required, but the field Internet E-Mail in 'CTM:People' not. So, we need load records on 'CTM:People' with the field 'Internet E-Mail' empty.

I think of a solution to this issue which does not require workflow changes.
1>Could you modify the class BMC_Person?
2>Open this class from Class Manager;
3>Goto Attributes tab--open the BMC.CORE:BMC_Person list
4>then look for "Email" attribute. open it 'edit' mode. Insert a default value "NONE" and save the class.

After the modification is done successfully we need to sync the Asset UI with the cmdb. For this goto:
1> Application Administration Console
2> Custom Configuration
3> Asset Management
4> Advanced Settings
5> Sync Asset UI with CMDB
6>Search for AST:Person as 'Schema Name' and click on sync Asset UI with CMDB.

Let me know if this appears to be a feasible solution and share any other concern that you may have.
Make sure to verify the functionality on the test environment before implementing it on the production.

People Synchronization is recommended as relationships that takes place between CI and User happens through the records present in the AST:Person.

In case you still wish to disable it, it could be done from Application Administration Console--> Custom Configuration--> Asset Management-->Advanced Options-->Asset Management Settings-->Sandbox Jobs for People To 'Scheduled'
And make sure in the Atrium Console-->Reconciliation Manager that there are no jobs scheduled to process the People records.
The records therefore would be created in the sandbox but not processed.

The second option to stop recon would be to disable the workflow ASI:BAB:ByPassValidationWorkflowPeoplSync.

Just a note that disabling sync between CTM:People and AST:Person(cmdb) is NOT recommended and that the above suggestion is not verified by engineering team.
