There are 3 areas you can do this in: 1. You can adjust the threshold for individual applications. You can do this by clicking on: TSPS Console | Configuration | Applications Edit the application that you wish to adjust and select the Transaction tab From here, you should be able to edit the SLA. 2. https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/tsavm105/Configuring+event+thresholds+%28SLAs%29+for+automatically+discovered+applications Please keep in mind that this change can be done at the application level only. 3. https://<portalIP>:8101/portal-console username: admin password: admin Open the site and log in to access the Portal Console. From there, you can follow the below instructions: Once there, click on the link for "Thresholds Configuration". On this page, you will want to update the Violation Rules section.
