FootPrints 20.x- Failed to run scheduled Report with name

LDAP/Webserver authentication and SSL cause schedule reports to fail to run

Auto Run report is not running , it is giving below error message. Footprints is pointing to wrong URL.

FootPrints Auto report will only work if correct URL and port (8080) are mentioned on below places, these are pre-requisite for Auto Run to be running properly

1. 8080 port connector should be in "C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 8.5\conf\server.xml" file with correct encoding as below

               connectionTimeout="20000"
               redirectPort="8443" URIEncoding="UTF-8" maxThreads="550" relaxedQueryChars="[]" maxHttpHeaderSize="65536"/>

2.  Port number 8080 is mandatory on this file "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\FootPrints\FootPrintsInstalledConfiguration.xml" as shown below

Note: It doesn't matter what you mention under base and webserver URL of server configuration after this latest Footprints version
