- Select the node "Global Settings" then "Lost and Found" and copy the imported object:

- Paste it in the node it's supposed to be, aka the "Object Type" you can see in the screenshot above.

In this example it should now be listed in the node "Reports".
The object will disappear from "Lost and Found" after you'll have pasted it to its node.

Do the same for any object which has been imported in "Lost and Found", copy it to the relevant node, it can be different than "Reports" as in this example.

Note:
- When importing an .xml containing a folder it'll show the folder and its child objects in "lost and found". Simply copy/paste the folder to the correct node and its child objects will be pasted in the folder too.
- There's an idea on communities to request that objects could be imported in the correct node.

B- Export an object:
Simply select the object in the console and click on the "File" menu on the top right corner then select "Export" and name the .xml as you want.



Note:
- If a folder containing multiple objects is selected it will export all the objects contained in that folder too.

3- Export your packages to another package factory
The KA 000133281 explains how to proceed by copying files from one package factory to another.
The KA 000133280 explains how to do the same by using the step "Copy package" which is mostly suitable if you only have one or few packages to copy.


4- Export Software Distribution packages
The KA 000131130 explains how to export already published packages as published packages.

Notes:
Devices can also be imported from.csv files. Either:

- Select the "Device Groups" node, right click and select "Import Devices...". You'll find a link to a sample import file with instructions in the popup window that will appear. More information in this KA, although it's quite specific to a use case: Client Management: How to import a device from a csv that contains its host id and a random name.
- Use the step "Import Devices From CSV file"
