Problem

Capture Job Output does not work.

Cause

The protocol version must be 11 or higher to support Capture Job Output to work

Solution

For Control-M Capture Job Output to work the protocol version must be 11. This requires a version 9 agent or higher.

If the agent and server are version 9.0.00, you can right click the agent in the Control-M Configuration Manager
Under Properties, set the protocol version to 11.

Rerun the job and the variable will be created.
