Problem

Symptoms

A) Job fails with:

Message from Agent: Job track error. 'java.lang.NullPointerException
SoapUI error: com.eviware.soapui.impl.support.definition.support.InvalidDefinitionException

These errors may also appear in the start_ag_*.log file in the Agent's proclog folder on Unix/Linux.

B) When defining a Web Services job from Planning Domain and trying to load the parameters of the WSDL, following exception is returned:

"SOAP Request not found or could not be generated"

CAR00051338: Failed to Generate SOAP, load Input Parameters, or submitting job with Input Parameters settings when WSDL is Http Authentication protected.

Apply latest patch PACOB.8.0.00.004 to Control-M for Web Services, Java and Messaging
Contact BMC Customer support to obtain the patch
