Support staff is not able to update any ticket that is assigned to him. - Give the support person General Access permission in the user form. Other possible cause could be due to the Submitter Mode setting. Go to the AR Server Administration -> General -> Server Information and change the setting on Submitter Mode to locked. Once you change the submitter mode restart the AR server and try to reproduce the issue. |
