Problem

Extended Terminal Assist (ETA) V3.4.01

Message IEC190I will be issued during IMS Control Region initialization indicating an improperly initialized DCBE when running z/OS 2.1 and ETA V3.4.01.
The IMS Control Region initializes successfully; the message is strictly informational.

Note: This error message has NO impact on the running and functionality of the ETA product or IMS.

BPQ9321 removes the informational IEC190I message. See Solutiond ID: SLN000015175754 for link to eFix PTF

Restart the IMS Control Region after applying PTF (Any kind of restart) to make the change effective.

Note: This error message has NO impact on the running and functionality of the ETA product or IMS.
