How to export a copy of all Remedyforce Data?

Answer

To export a copy of your data please do the following:

Note: The export functionality is available in Production org only. It's not there in Sandbox.

1. Log in to BMC Helix Remedyforce
2. Go to Setup.
3. Under Administration Setup Expand Data Management.
4. Click Data Export.
5. Click Export Now.
6. Tick the Include all data checkbox.
7. Tick the Include Images, documents, and attachments (optional). This takes additional time to export.
8. Click Start Export.
9. An email with a link will be sent once the export is completed.
10. Click the link in the email | Log into BMC Helix Remedyforce.
11. Download the zip file.
12. Verify the zip file contains the desired information.
