- This indicates that the Control-M EM user is missing certain access authorization or privileges in the Control-M EM user authorization settings. Solution: 1. Grant this Control-M EM User the "FULL" authorization to the tables / folders definitions that need to be access to generate the Definition reports. - Access the Authorization tab on Control-M Configuration Manager - Select the specific Control-M EM user under the "Users" tab or the Control-M EM Group under the "Groups" tab - Select the "Tables" or "Folders" tab - Provide ""FULL" Access Level for the specific tables / folders. 2. Grant this Control-M EM User the "FULL" authorization to the tables / folders definitions that need to be access to generate the Active reports. - Access the Authorization tab on Control-M Configuration Manager - Select the specific Control-M EM user under the "Users" tab or the Control-M EM Group under the "Groups" tab - Select the "Active" tab , under "displayed jobs and folders" -> filter , Provide Access Level for the specific tables / folders, jobs 3. Grant this Control-M EM User the "FULL" Privilege - Access the Authorization tab on Control-M Configuration Manager - Select the specific Control-M EM user under the "Users" tab or the Control-M EM Group under the "Groups" tab - Select the "Privilege" tab - Provide the selected Access Level for privileges "BIM reports" and "Forecast reports" This will prevent or authorize the user to run Batch Impact Manager and History reports type in regards to the Privileges authorizations - Otherwise, assign this specific Control-M EM user to be a member of the "AdminGroup" 4. Log out all Control-M EM Client session launched by this Control-M EM user. 5.
