How to Add a Column to the Remedyforce Console View? |
The objects that can be accessed through the console view have the following Field Set: Column Header (Incident object, Task Object etc..) this is the field set that we need to modify in order to have another column on our console
1. Select Object | Incident (Or any other object that is listed in the console view) 2. In field set | Column Header 3. Add the desired field | Save 4. Click the Remedyforce (RF) Console tab. 5. In the top right of the Remedyforce Console Click Select and Order Columns to Display in the List View (the 3 horizontally stacked bars) 6. Move the desired field from the Available columns to Selected Columns | Click Save. 7. Verify the desired field now appears in the Remedyforce Console.
