Need to reprocess SRM:Request records which are in Initiated status, they have SRM:AppInstanceBridge record but no CAI:Event records. This can also apply to records in the same state post approval.

Follow these steps to reprocess so fulfillment request(s)/CAI:Events get submitted and processed:

1.  Open "SRM:AppInstanceBridge" form in search mode.
2. Search for record that are stuck in initiated state.
3. Set the following on the record
   • Set field zParamCommand to SRM_OUT_CREATE_APP_REQUEST
   • Set following fields to null value or clear out any values: zParamSubCommand , AOIStatus, and  z1D_SRStatus
4. Save the record this should trigger workflow to create CAI:Event record
