Control-M/Server Configuration Agent failed to start with on Secondary Control-M/Server during Control-M/Server High Availability setup - Error: "Cannot read ACTIVE_HOST_ID from Shared Archive directory"
During Control-M/Server High Availability setup, Control-M/Server Configuration Agent failed to start with on Secondary Control-M/Server after installation completed. Error: "Cannot read ACTIVE_HOST_ID from Shared Archive directory

Symptoms:
- Secondary Control-M/Server complete installation during  Control-M/Server High Availability setup
- Control-M/Server Configuration Agent on the Secondary host fails with an error similar to -
  0729 11:34:37 checkPGServiceDefinition: Cannot read ACTIVE_HOST_ID from Shared Archive directory. Trying to getting it from the other CA

User that used to start the Control-M/Server Configuration Agent and PostgreSQL Database Server does not have the permission to access the shared directory or wrong shared directory specified during the Secondary Control-M/Server installation
Solution:
- Re-install the Secondary Control-M/Server ensuring the correct directory is used.
- Ensure that the user that used to start the Control-M/Server Configuration Agent and PostgreSQL Database Server has FULL permission to access this shared directory
- Ensure file ctm_ha_archive_server_params.dat that is stored in the shared drive is correct and have all the information.
