Problem

Jobs are submitted with incorrect environment variables in Control-M/Agent for Unix and Microsoft Windows 9.0.19.200 or 9.0.20 when Logon as User is set to Y

Since Windows variable windir is usually the last variable alphabetically, the symptom can be that the windir Windows environment variable does not show up.

Additionally, variables which value contains the "=" (equal) character are not handled correctly:
for instance the variable:
EQUALSIGN=ABC=DEF=GHI=LAST
is seen as :
EQUALSIGN=LAST

when used or printed with command "set"

This issue may be first noticed when a job fails right after an agent is upgraded to 9.0.19.200 or 9.0.20

Cause

CTM-3391: Jobs are submitted with incorrect environment variables when the Control-M/Agent Logon as User parameter is set to Y.

Solution

CTM-3391 has been implemented in Control-M/Agent for UNIX and Microsoft Windows 9.0.19.203 and 9.0.20.100 version. Please apply the latest available Fix Pack to resolve this issue.
