The error is triggered by Filter CHG:CRQ:ValidateRqstGrp_151, this is responsible for throwing message "The selected Change Requestor's Support Group is invalid. Reselect the group using the filed menu. (ARERR 1441151)" . The Filter can be triggered because there is wrong data in Support Group or User profile. The Filter can be triggered because you have wrong selection from the Support Group menu selection. The Filter can be triggered because Support Group/User profile is offline. In this case we have pulled AR report on this specific change and noticed that Support Group is set to offline status on CTM:Support Group form which is why we were facing this issue. In order to fix the problem, update the old support group with any other active support group in fields Support Group ID 2 and Support Group Name2 using DB or Data Import tool and then try to move the change request from Cancelled to Draft. e.g. from CTM:Support Group form: |
