We attempt to import the following files to the TSPS Repository in 11.3.03
MYCUSTOMKM_HEARTBEAT.KM
MYCUSTOMKM_HEARTBEAT.kml
MYCUSTOMKM_HEARTBEAT.XML
Customer KM knowledge file has file extension in Upper case due to which files do not get copied to TSPS server.
Defect#DRTPC-333 created for log improvement
i.e. If Custom KM knowledge file contains files like:
MYCUSTOMKM_HEARTBEAT.KM
MYCUSTOMKM_HEARTBEAT.kml
MYCUSTOMKM_HEARTBEAT.XML

When the KM is Imported to the TSPS Repository, Under ...truesightpserver\modules\cma\pproxy\depot_directory\bmc_products\kmfiles\mhb\1.2.09\lib\knowledge directory only MYCUSTOMKM_HEARTBEAT.kml gets updated.
NOTE : Path after ...truesightpserver\modules\cma\pproxy\depot_directory\bmc_products\kmfiles can be different based on KM naming convention.

Solution : 
Update the Custom KM files extension in all lowercase.
i.e. .km, .kml and .xml 

Recreate the package.
Delete  the existing package from the TSPS Repository
Import the newly created package and it will display properly
