When group data is created in DWP, it is not pushing the value into dynamic data or group dynamic data in BWF

When dynamic fields on a case template (added from DWP-C questions) are added to a dynamic field group on the template.  The answer's don't show on the case once it's created. 

In BWF, once the fields are added to a group, they are no longer picked up by the dynamic data/dwp question functionality, which only supports a flat structure currently.
