Upgraded to Log Master for Db2 V13.1. Upon invoking Log Master from the Recovery Manager for Db2 menu,
error message ALPISPF - Profile not loaded Profile table 'ALPPROF' not read. Table service RC=20 was issued.
The same problem when invoking it directly from ALPISPF clist.

How can this be resolved.

Solution

This can happen if the user ISPPROF data set is out of directory space or does not have enough space
to extend.

In the case of the customer that reported this, neither was true.

To correct this problem, locate the ALPPROF member in the user ISPPROF dataset.

Delete the member.
Logoff from the TSO session and then back on.
Invoke Log Master from ALPISPF clist.
This should resolve the problem.
