How to correct MainView for DB2 after upgrade to v13.10 having The "What's New" panel showing information for 12.1

This problem typically indicates that the information is is not correct in the dataset or the dataset in the clist is not correct.

note, BMCVDEF may be named different depending on your install.  You can page down in this member and you should see the version number, you may need to page down several times.  If this member is correct it and has the correct version, then the clist is probably incorrect.  If this member is not correct, then something may not have gotten copied correctly.   

It the member is not correct, please review the jobs used to copy the new version into place and correct the copy.
If the member is correct, please review the datasets in the clist used to start the product and verify that the datasets are correct for the version that is being used.
