Attempting to add a Translate Table to an FAS Repository, for a DB2 z/OS table on the mainframe.

The steps below were taken:
1) In Host Explorer, right-click on "Hosts" and select "Configure".
2) From tree-view, select File-AID Services Connections, click on JDBC tab, and select "Add.."
3) In "New Database Connection" window, click "Database Type" dropdown.

The issue is that "IBM DB2 on z/OS" does NOT appear in the dropdown list.

A Database Driver for IBM DB2 must be added, using the FAS Configuration utility:

1. Select Start > Programs > BMC File-AID Services > Configuration shortcut to invoke the utility. Right-click to "Start as administrator".
2. Select the Database Drivers tab.
3. Check "IBM DB2". Click "OK".
4. You will be prompted to select the DB2 drivers folder, which contains the db2jcc4.jar JDCB driver file and the appropriate corresponding license files for DB2 z/OS.
5. Click "OK" again. Message window pops up with: "Settings saved."
6. Restart File-AID Services service to apply the changes.

Return now to "New Database Connection" window, where "IBM DB2 on z/OS" will appear in the "Database Type" dropdown list.
