Problem

Issue with SLA qualification created in system.
It always show the below error in SLM:Measurement record definition.

Error:
"Due date is a invalid. Please check business entity setting or goal time values"

Cause

Solution

Check the SVT for the relevant SLA is giving the error
Check the qualification is properly update, some time change in GUID in system will impact the SLA as well.

We have rebuild the SLA with the correct qualification again
