Is it possible to remove the Change Owner button in the Incident Console? |
Regarding controlling the visibility of drop-down button 'Change Owner' in the Remedyforce Console list view. This shown by default to all the Remedyforce Console modules except Service Outages. If an administrator of the org wants to restrict changing ownership of the records then this can be done using record level sharing. Staff users with read or create permissions should not be able to change the owner of the records. |
