When attempting a Checkout and a checkout and add from workbench for eclipse, the incorrect version is being checked out.

For example, I want to checkout historical PROD version 8. I do the checkout to the dev environment and it says that the dev version is based off version 9 which is the active prod version of the code.  The wrong version is being added to the container.

This issue only happening in the code pipeline plugin on workbench

This issue has been resolved with version 23.05.01 and 23.06.01 of workbench
