Follow the steps below to enable the trace level log in Track-It! 20.xx application server.
1. Navigate to the Log Configuration Utility
2. Open the Log Configuration Tool
3. Once the Log Configuration window opens, you will see multiple log level settings for various modules and components of Track-It!4. Enable Trace logging for (e.g. Service Management and Service Desk module) and apply the changes.
5. Replicate the issue and collect the most recent updated logs from below location on Server: <Track-It!installation Drive>\Program Files (x86)\BMC\Track-It!\Logs
